What a great day. Went back to court today and my lawyer threw down the pictures of my stbx's house with her boyfriends car setting there. They were taken all different hours of the day and nite with different dates all on the pictures. My monthly "bloodmoney" was ordered stopped by proving the cohabitation with the pictures. Some thought this was a childish idea but it worked!!!
If any one wants to ever try this be sure to get good pictures of the plates. It's hard to do at nite but my good friend had good equipment to take pictures with. Well worth the cookout were all having for gathering the information for me and the $5 bucks I spent at Wal Mart printing off the pictures.

Nope done deal. My insurance man went threw this same thing about 5 years ago with his ex he got hung out to dry with monthly payments. He went on vacation back to his home state and played a game of golf with one of his judge friends that had retired and he (the judge) told him what to do and it also worked for him. I'm still laughing about it today.

Too bad the Judge couldn't retro any and make her pay you back some. That would have been Utopia, but I am so glad that worked out. I like to read when justice actually pays off.

What state are you in? Arizona? Also, what kind of decree did you have? Non-modifiable? Modifiable? I believe it makes a difference. Let me know
