Question regarding Arizona law

hi everyone. i've looked all over the internet and i cant find this so i hope someone here can help. in the state of arizona do you have to be physically seperated to file for divorce? my husband is the sole provider so i had to find a job once we decided to divorce (which i did, and i start this thursday) but i want to get eveything started i know some states you dont have to be physically seperated as long as you are sleeping seperately (which we are) but other states require you actually be in seperate residences. does anyone here know? thanks!

No , fault or separation have no effect on filing for divorce , Arizona is what's known as a nofault state .

Thanks so much! it makes me feel better that i can at least get everything started, i've been told the shortest divorce can take 3 months so i'd hate to put it off and its going to take me a little time to save up enough money to move out. well thanks again!
