Hello there. I'm new here but I need some inputs from you guys. Here is my story:
My husband and I had been married for 5 years and we just recently separated(not legally for two months). The reason that I left was that after he numberous times cheated on me, I'd decided I had enough and could not bare the pains. Now I'm staying with my mom. He said he will file the divorce but not anytime soon, because he's leaving for a training somewhere I'm sure. I also know that he is spreading the words that I left him rotten. Can he use that against me if we go to court?
My other question is, is he allowed to date other women while still legally married to me? I have proved that he is dating other women since the time I left. Some of them he met through myspace. Others were introduced by the friends of his who also in the military. Thanks and I do hope get some answers to my questions.
