I am sure there is a reason behind this, but just not sure I want to know.
seems your main concern is; does having sex make your divroce decree invalid? I dont' beleive it does.

WTF!?!?! Why did you get divorced? Who filed? Are you or both on drugs? Is this sex with your ex thing really love or is it just some kind of physical revenge??
Sorry, I'm just really confused. If I was still even remotely willing to have sex with my ex I wouldn't be getting a divorce.

I agree. This is odd. What are her thoughts on getting remarried? Are drugs involved? Divorce is serious and I don't see how you can want to divorce someone, then want to date and have sex with them. Do you have trouble moving on?
We all are trying to understand and help you.
And why is this in Women's Rights?

RIDER, my STBX still wants sex with me even though he
has filed for divorce and tells me that I made his
life a living hell. I can't do it. I have to have
an emotional feeling and a level of respect for the person.
Some people are just too weird.
