Husband just moved out. We do not own any property we only have credit card debt. Does it matter if some of the debt was only in my name and some only in his name? Since it was debt the accrued during the marriage, aren't we both responsable for it 50/50?
I want an easy clean divorce. Split the bills in half and give me the legal amount of child support.

No , it doesn't matter in what name the debt was under as long as it accrued during the marriage .
