My husband of only 7 months moved me from south carolina where i had a steady job of three years to GA.(i didnt have my licence)so he had spoken to his mother and agreed to take me to and from a job while i live in her home for about 2 months well that didnt work at all she had me help her do her job for no pay at all,and now hes saying I'll have no chance of Winning in court because i didnt work while we were married ..I took care of my step daughter all the time while he was having fun doing his own thing, and now he refuses to pay anything when he sends me back home with my parents where they live 45 min to existance and its hard for me to get a job even though i have my licence now its hard.he promised me a car and promised to take care of me while i was here until he was ready to go back to GA(where his family is) well the seperation turned into him wanting a divorce,is there anyway he can divorce me without me knowing, dont i deserve a portion of the bah hes still recieving? do i get spocial support until the divorce?? Im lost and dont know wheather or not to contest or to just sign the papers...
