I'm just checking to see if anyone here has had a bad Guardian ad Litem on their case and what did you do? I've started a website to find other victims of this Guardian. www.badguardian.com
Yes,I had one. My ex-wife and I were appointed one ( a Duke law graduate). She didn't do much, but recommend psychotherapists or psycologists. She also took my ex-wife's side, even though she had no proof of anything. You need a good common sense guardian, not a "learned" one with no common sense. Talk to a good lawyer about a good guardian. Many judges don't give much credence to guardians. Judges are the main culprits: most are pro-female, and will not believe a guardian with evidence against a mother.
