Divorce Support Forums: need advice fast

hello me and my husband have been married for 5years. well for 5years he and his family have put me threw emotinal abuse and i am scared of them. well me and my soon to be x got an apt. back in oct of 2006 he got heavy into [censored] well i had to get a computer for my son so i could long his infusions. well one day my x decided to stay home and i had to take his aunt and my mom some where so i decided to kill two birds in one stone. well i did all that and took them home well a little boy at my moms wanted to come over for the night so i said ok because he plays with my son. well my x had been on the computer all day long. i tryed to get him to come eat and he wouldnt so i took the plate in there to him well i was done with dinner and i put my son and the boy down for a short nap and my x said he was going to take a shower so i said fine because he he had been drinking all night and i thought it would be a perfect time to give my son his infuseion because he would never help me. if i asked him to do any thing he would blow up. you never could tell his reactions. well anyways i put my daughter in her room to play with her toys so she wouldnt get in the needles. well i had gotten every thing out and she started fussing so i went to she what was going on and to my shock i seen her in the shower with my x laying on the floor of the shower she had his penis in her mouth. i cleaned the infusion up so she wouldnt get in it and we went to my moms well when i got to my moms she was drunk so i didnt want to say any thing to her because i didnt want her causing comotion and causing me more problems then i needed. and he turned every one against me so i had no where to go so i went back home he was passed out on the coutch and i put the kids to bed and stayed up all night. the next morning i call the cops they put it on his record but didnt arest him. well we went for an injuction and the judge dismissed it saying there is two kinds of pedifilers ones who look at adult [censored] and go after adults and ones that look at child [censored] and go after just the children. the only reason he can afford a lawer is because he filed the income tax money. i dont have a job because my sons doctor wont let me put him in school or daycare. hes had port infections from the time he was 18months. so i cant aford a lawer and he is taking me for every thing i got i dont know how much more i can take. hes never done any thing for the kids just money wise. he would blow up if i even asked him to get me a diper. its not like i asked him to change them. i had to use three rivers legal services and lost the injuction now im useing the university law students and im afraid that i may lose again but she says we have a good case against him but im scared he may win. i dont know what else to do. he hasnt seen the kids since january because the restraining order was granted until febuary then after we went back for the second hearing he dismissed it. we went for mediation he hasnt taken the class you have to take to get a divorce he refused to learn on how to infuse our son and he wants them every other weekend unsupervised and i told him it had to be supervised he also has no licens. i have tryed to get him to get them from the day we got married and he has not yet the attempt to go and get them. how is he going to get our son to the doctor if he gets cut or hurt. i have let him have phone conversations with our son but most of the time hes not there so he talks to his grandmother and she is haveing our son call her mom. i need advice i dont know what else to do i want this to be over with.
