my condo bought before my marriage

I bought my condo in 2003 - I got married in May of 2006 and he left in Aug of 2007 - does he have any claim to my condo - he is not on the mortgage and I never even changed my name on it.... HELP!!!

He would normally be due an equitable share of any INCREASE in equity during the marriage ( I'm guessing it won't be much ) .
