This has been my experience from reading many cases. There are several factors that seem to strongly effect the consistancy of payments recieved, even after they are ordered. One is time spent with the kids, 2 are RO's, and 3 is past payment history. Your STBX has 3 strikes already. Good luck. I would start preparing yourself to mostly "finance" your life on your own.

There's no way to speed up the process, and even if support is set up at that time, it takes time to recieve any money (often a month or 2),and that's IF your ex pays. Good luck.
