In the past week I confronted my husband and his girlfriend when I came across them in her car driving in our town. I followed them until they pulled over instead of going to where they live. We are not divorced yet nor is she.The girlfriend admitted they were living together and sleeping together. They have been living in an apartment together and today moved into a house. I have filed using irriconcilable differences. Now I think we should change it to adultery. What do ya'll think will judge think of this situation? This is a 33 year marriage, 5 children, one still in the home.Stay at home mom.
Tell me what you think?

Hi Brendie. I am going through a similar situation. I live near Austin, TX. My attorney says that even though We file irreconcilable differences, once the judge hears about my husbands many affairs, I can get more than the usual 50%. He thinks the judge could go as high as 60%! So, you should talk to your attorney and be sure that this comes up in court.
