Can anyone reccommend an aggressive attorney in the Eastside / Bellevue-Kirkland area in Washington state? I'm getting VERY frustrated with the lack of engagement / response from my current attorney.

My soon-to-be ex wife seems to have a pretty enthusiastic attorney, but mine seems content to let me roll over and die here. I know WA is a no-fault, community property state, but my wife's going for blood here and my attorney doesn't seem interested in lifting a finger to help protect me.

Thanks in advance, I'd also like to hear about any attorneys to AVOID also, I don't want to go from one bad one to another...

Buddy I divorced in Seattle. I know what you are saying I called appox 40 lawyers. 10 hung up on me literally. A few told me that since I had so much marital debt they wouldn't work with me. All said I cannot win the case. A few said they worked with men but did nothing for me as you said. I wish I could help you out. My Ex wife got one lawyer and she got paid.

WA sucks for men. She is aggressive because she is going to win. Good Luck.

If you find someone worth a shit let me know because I am still getting harassed by my ex.

I would like some help but none for for the men.

My husband filed in March and I was served. I looked around and I found Richard Moore. He seems very good and is very responsive to all my questions. In fact, I emailed him this morning and he replied within 15 minutes.

Divorce sucks.
