Divorce Support Forums: help please

Could use some advice, what happens when you go to court in illinois for a divorce on extreme mental cruelty.filed a order of protection in may 2007 ans was granted by judge to take what i listed out of the house which besides my things i had before 8 years of mmarriage was a china cabinet and a church pew. all other furniture i left in our house Also, He signed truck over to me in may of 2006. He has a car we have a house and he has a harley that was in both our names until august this year. he now wants me to say that i will let him have house harley and whatever i have i can keep because a divorce is the ONLY way we can start over again??????????.I feel he is playing on my mind again just to get what he wants,while i am living with my father on s.s dis. because he through me out of our home with threats of killing me.
I am on nerve meds, sleeping meds and headache meds. Seeing a doc and counseling 2xs a week because of this.
