I found out about my husband's affair by speaking with the third party. When finally confronted he admitted the affair and apologized. We since have been living in two separate homes. He currently lives with his new girlfriend(totally different girl). I want to file for a divorce under the "fault base grounds". I dont have any phone bills, emails, texts, etc. of the affairs. Do I have to have physical evidence in order to file using fault base grounds????
P.S. Can I go ahead and file for child support now or does everything get done all at once. Ready for one or both to go into affect ASAP!!!!
