I have a question about having sex with my Ex wife. We have been divorced about 2 months now and continue to date and have sex (even the night before the divorce). I was talking to my aunt and told her of this and she said that we could still be married by law in some states. We live in Montana. I wish we wouldn't have gotten divorced (I screwed up) Is there any laws concerning this? Is it possible to have the Divorced Decree Dissolved and reinstate the marriage? Thanks Blue

I think she is asking how do you prove in court that you had sex? Not sex in court. I think your point of you thread was that you were close to your wife.

I don't know about still being married, I doubt it. But you guys don't really seem to know what you want. I hope there are no children involved, getting all confused by this.....

i think you're still inlove with each other>> because why you're still having sex with her, if you didnt love her or if she didnt love you why youre still continue dating then sex...... sounds crazy for me...
