HELP with CS advice in Ohio?

I am a single custodial dad for two teensge boys. I have an exsisting CS order in place. My ex's arrearages have grown to over $11,000! I am not at all impressed with the results I have received from my local CS office! I am considering a Child Support Collection agency. Does anyone either have ANY alternative suggestions OR any experience with these type of businesses? Any and ALL help would be immensely appreciated!

CS collection agencies most often can't do any better than the govt. agencies. Does your ex have a job or assets? Has she had her driver's license suspended, passport denied, etc., or other penalties for non-payment?
