Just a question. How, in experiences from people here, do the courts decide WHEN to start child support? When the agreements are signed, when filed, or when the seperation happened?

Just from your experiences, how has that happened for you guys?

whenever an order is presented. If temporary orders are completed, it should start then but it usually won't include back pay. If no temporary orders then it'll be when the divorce is final.
