can you provide more info? How long married, how old are your kids? What state do you live in? What is the custody arrangement now?

I need some help regarding Ohio Divorce Laws.

Basically, I started working a new job (after 5 yrs) and called my attorney at the beginning of last week and left a message that I will NOT be able to attend due to in-depth (8-5 p.m. +) training until mid-November.

...since I did not hear back from my attorney... I emailed her early Friday morning B4 work and checked my email at lunch.

Saturday a.m. when I checked my email... she finally got back to me and told me if I could not attend the hearing on Monday, October 29th, she needed a number to reach me at. I emailed her back to explain AGAIN, that my employer does NOT allow personal calls (I am a new teller at a bank).

What do I do? I have to be to work at 8:15 a.m.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
