I caught them but the lawyer I went to see said I probably will not be able to get him for adultary because I did not catch them in the act. I am so confused and scared. Right now I am trying to come up with the money I need for a lawyer I have been told is a bulldog. I don't want to make it ugly in court. I just want to settle things and get on with my life. I don't think he will fight real hard unless his family gets involved. Are there any suggestions on what to ask for and what not to ask for. Do I put things in the papers to use for negotiations? My parents are still together as is my only sibling so I really don't know how all this works. Can some body please talk to me? We have two kids. I have a job I don't make much but I will be able to get by.
