Divorce Support Forums: Status Conference #2

Hey..My 2nd conference is Nov 19 and so far I haven't heard anything from my lawyer regarding an offer or anything from his side of the table. Is this normal?? He told me he thinks CS is enough and I can work full time for the rest. But believe me I will work full time and still need the alimony money raising 3 kids on a nursing salary! What can I expect before and after the hearing? Will I start to hear things soon from my attourney regarding the assets etc?? He is getting a loan for the equity so that he can buy me out. What should I look out for at the hearing?? Do you think he and his attourney have a plan cuz we are in the dark so far??Are they gonna spring one on us at the hearing?? The waiting is killing me!
