In this procedure if the 2 parties agree to everything, will the judge split one spouses pension even if the petitioner didnt want any of it?

In Florida, uncontested means that you agree on everything. The judge will not change anything that you have agreed to.

In the spouses petition, they ask for these only:
a) The marriage be dissoved and both parties restored to being single and unmarried.
b) Restore petitioner's maiden name.
c) Any other relief the court deems to be just and proper.
When you say "The judge will not change anything that you have agreed to."
How can I be sure of that with regard to "c) Any other relief the court deems to be just and proper" ?
I am concerned that the judge will ADD something even though it is uncontested except for "c".
Do I have a point?
