When I signed the divorce decree I was hospitalized for severe depression and alcoholism...My ex-wife brought the papers to the hospital saying her lawyer said it would be best I signed while under medical care. I was still hopefull she would not carry it through and signed. Would any lawyer suggest a client bring sensitive material to a hospital setting to have it signed by the patient.

It has been two years. I was very civil and basically made it very easy and amicable for my daughter´s sake. Unfortunately I found out she had been cheating on me amongst some other things. Can the divorce be annulled and a new filing started. I do have a doctor´s note from my stay in the hospital that there should be no legal proceedings for at least six months.

I'm afraid you're probably too late as there's a 2 year time limit to reopen an agreed divorce . At least talk to some lawyers in your area .
