i am looking at divorce and have four girls, one of which i have sole custody of from another relationship. i want to keep the girls in same school district and mom is moving but in same district as well. can i get shared custody one week on one week off in wisconsin and no one pays support?
Your chances are better with you having custody of a child not of the marriage . It really depends on what your STBX wants as well . CS could still be ordered if your income is much greater .

why would support be ordered unless she pushes the issue? she is already walking away from a 140k mortgage that i will have to take care of because i want to keep the house instead of sell for less than what is owed
Child support and custody are completely separate from asset division. You could give her a million dollars or 1 dollar, and child support would be the same. It will be based state formulas using your incomes.
