Divorce Support Forums: seeking fair justice

I am a father who feels that I have received unfair justice in the Virginia Commonwealth Judicial System. I have exhausted every avenue at my disposal. With no avail. Due to my lack of finances and resources I am unable to right the wrong that has been done. I am ordered to pay $1400 a month to my ex-wife for my three children. Even with a $2600 a month income. Though the calculations from child support enforcement agency stating I should be responsible for $660 a month. All the first figures were based on a number that didn’t even exist and on the bases that she needed a substantial amount for child care. She is no longer working, has not worked since the order went in place. Based on this it is a hardship for my family including my two infant sons with health problems and we are once again about to become homeless. The courts will not take into consideration that I proved for two house holds on $2600 a month. They have now ordered me to obtain another full time job. Their mother will not even let me play an active role in my three children’s lives. With no grounds or good reasons. I am not a dead beat father, I strongly believe in doing whatever it takes to take care of my children. I just want fair justice. There is much more to this story.
Any help or advise concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated.
