Divorce Support Forums: need advice 4 my friend

My 2 best friends are getting a divorce. Her husband has decided after 2 years of marriage he wants out. He has moved out of the house and she is still living there. (no children are involved) The house is in his name only because he bought it before they were married. Now that he has moved out he wants to sell the house. Now here is my ?'s. First does he have the right to make her move out? Second is she intitled to any kind of support because she does not make enough money to keep living the lifestyle they live now. If he sells the house does he have to give her any money even though he has refinanced and taken out most of the equity and spent it? I know you are not attorneys but was wondering if any of you had any answers from what you have been through. Thanks for any help you gave give.
