My wife decided that she wanted to relive her twenties on my tab. In NY, it appears to be accepatable because she has committed adultery several times with multiple partners. Yet I am the one that is being punished - both financially and by the court. Yes, I have been the main bread winner and I fully expect to take care of my children. But why am I expected to provide her with half of everything and then provide her an income each month whereby she makes a profit from me before spending a cent of her own money. It is obvious that NY family court does not care so can I sue her in civil court for what she has done ???
