self employed child support HELP HELP

what all do the courts allow to be used as business expenses I know in texas child support business deductions is different I am a truck driver and I pay alot in a year for maintance will they take that into account

Most deductions can be taken. The only one I am aware that can't is depreciation.

In my case I could not use any. I've looked into it for a long time and have never found away around it.
