So Confused...

I am in the military stationed in North Carolina. I got married in Illinois and am a
resident of Texas. Am I able to file in Texas even though I didn't get married there
and I'm not physically living there?

You can file for divorce in NC if you've been stationed there for at least 6 months . If not , you'd file in Texas .
