What I have to split with my wife?

I want to divorce,we live separetly,we don't have any property,any joint accounts.I have a stock account on my name.
Do I have to split this money with my wife?

If the stock account was started during the marriage , your wife would be due a share . If it was acquired before the marriage it could be considered separate and she would be due none , or , she could be due a share of any increase during the marriage .
