Washington Residency before Divorce

I'm currently living in NM and thinking about moving to WA. I looked into filing for divorce here and didn't like my options on moving out of the state in the future. Just wanted to know if anyone had any information on how long you have to be living in WA before you are a resident and can file for divorce. Feel free to emil me or write back here.

From what I understand when I lived in Washington was when you register to vote in Washington, you are considered a legal resident. Now if that follows through into divorce proceedings I have no idea.

You have to have lived here 90 days in order to file for a divorce in this state.

90 days...does that also apply when you have minor children?
