We have been legally seperated for almost a year and we have our final divorce in November, 2006. I am paying mortgage, car loans & all utility bills of the house she is staying in even though I don't live there.
I want to know the marriage law. If she has sex with another man, is it "adultery"? I suspect she wanted the legal seperation so she can go out with other guys at my expense.
She has wrecked havoc in my life by using all my money for her well being, new dresses. I feel like a loser giving her money.
Sorry to hear about your situation. I'm going through something similar. It doesn't matter if she is cheating, especially after a year of separation. Be done with it asap so you can stop spending all of your money on her & move on with your life.
