Ok I gotthe replies in my last post, but someone told me that I have to pay my wife money according to the NAVY. She also said this, and it supposidly doesnt matter if we are legally seperated or if there is a court order. I am just trying to find out, because I have been looking and have found nothing saying I have to unless it is court ordered. Like I said before I am waiting to hear from Jag, but they said they are super buisy right now and cant get to me until after the 1st of the year. Now with the holidays, and my own bills I would like to know if I have to pay her for sue or not since she is literally breaking me. Any help is appreciated. Oh and I also tried contacting a lawyer, but they said I would need to get one in the state it was filed, thats why I am trying to get help from Jag since I cant afford to do this right now, especially having to pay her all this money. Thanks again!

It has something to do with you receiving BAQ/VHA at a married rate. If you are receiving that then you are supposed to support your wife. If you go to a Personnel Office or Admin Office they can get you the accurate information.
