Divorce Support Forums: Wife Dragging Out Divorce

I'm a dad that is trying to divorce my wife on the account that she is seeing another soldier. She moved out 10 months ago. She wants everything. Only problem with that is I just want my son full custody. She is dragging out the divorce to cash in on BAH. And I know as soon as the divorce is final she is moving out of the state. All my family is in our current town with a house that I have a 30 year mortgage on. So I want to keep my son with me because he would be around all of my side of the family. She only wants him be cause she could use the extra child support. She currently has been living off of the $700 BAH allowance aswell as the $600 dollar child support check she gets for her 3 year old daughter from another marriage.

So that is the backstory in a nutshell. What could I do to keep my son? And get the divorce over with as quick as possible? She has already used up my JAG resource by going to them first. I would like to get a custody evaluation done but they are expensive. She is such a bad mother that even her own parents want me to have our son. But I know that is not good enough for a court to rule in favor of a man. Any nuggets of wisdom?
