I have 2 questions. I am getting a divorce because my husband cheated on me with a prostitute. I have not worked for 6 years because we decided I would quit working to go back to school part-time, then we had a baby. For the last 3 years, I have been a stay-at-home mom as well as a part-time student.

Question #1 - Do I have a good chance of getting more spousal support because of not working for several years?

Question #2 - Does he have to provide me with a good running vehicle?

>>>>>>>>>>>>> No , his income is the overiding factor in the amount . You haven't been married for that long , you will most likely receive rehabilitative alimony while you finish your schooling .

>>>>>>>>>>>>> No .

We were married for 16 years before filing for divorce. I worked for the first 10 years, but not for the last 6.
