Regarding spousal support in Indiana: If an ex-wife is receiving support, can she request an increase of support because her ex-husband remarries and his new wife has a large income or a great deal of assests? Will the courts look at the combined income of the ex-husband and new wife to determine the payments to the ex-wife?
