My statement wasn't so much directed toward you, but to the [censored]-eyed industry itself. Many states' guidelines for child support is so out-of-whack it's not even funny. I won't go on my usual soapbox, but suffice it to say it needs a drastic overhaul, but it won't for some time, I'm afraid.

FWIW, I like a lot of what Robert Kiyosaki teaches (not all, mind you, but a lot). He continuously points out that what many people THINK is high risk is actually low risk - and vice-versa. It's all about perception and knowledge. I actually think investing in real estate low risk, but I can see why others THINK it's high risk.

Robert Kiyosaki

Ok, I will do some research on him. I am familiar with real estate and the market to a point of understanding there are ways to go about it safely. It's a matter of finding the time and sources, but I am interested in it.

As for my reply, I really tried to not make it sound defensive, but as I wrote.... all I could think of was "ok, what might he ask about regarding this...as it seems every female is out for blood or ill intentions".

I dont want to sit here and say that I know your every thought, I dont, but I cant help but feel that getting "attacked" will be the first intention when it comes to CS and all the legal issues.

I was trying to cover my bases in other words, but being honest while doing it and it came off defensive anyways.

I really appreciate that input and I will definately follow up on it. Thank you...
