Hi, I'm new here - my ex and I decided to divorce just two days ago. We live in So Cal. It is an amicable divorce - we have been married for 5 years and have no kids or major assets. For now we are both staying in our rental house with the anticipation of me staying here permanently.
I'm a little freaked out and going through every emotion in the book. Not quite sure where to start. Just wanted to introduce myself - so glad this forum exists.
pamusc93, Welcome to our world. As you read some of the posts you will find some are horrific and some aren't so bad. Amicable is good and I hope you can keep it that way. And yes, you will ride every emotional roller coaster there is.......good luck, stay strong, surround yourself with good friends and family for support. And write when you feel like it.
