my divorce case is ruuning since last 8 months. My husband is in jail because of he drives under the influence of drug and alchohol. I am in usa because i married him , My green card will expire after 2 years of marriage and then i need to renew it. My husband is ready to sign the papar that can help in immigration which can help me to stay in usa though i am not living with him. WHich form or document i can use for that ?? Where i can have his sign that can help me in immigration??
Go to the immigration and ask what paper you need to file and he need to sign. You are not living with him by his own problems so they should not punish you. Get the information soon so you can have time to get alternate plans, like immigration laywer...if need to be
