My stbx came by stating he wanted to share some time with the kids..it was late in the night around 10p.m. and the kids were on their way to bed. But, I gave him his time so they wouldn't feel I was keeping him from doing so. Well, anyway the next day he called many, many times asking me what I had to do today..and where was I going that evening. Basically because the kids had told him we were going to a b-ball game. He then phoned my phone while we were at the game and then he decided to wait us out here at the house ( parked outside, he no longer has a key.) Then when we didn't return early enough for him..he continued to phone asking when are we coming. Then he caught an attitude and said he was leaving and going home. But, he didn't and continued to call every 1/2 hr or so. When we arrived home he was gone. But the calls still came. Soon, he finally stopped calling around 1200am that night. So, what now?

Don't answer. Let it go to voicemail. And document every time he calls. You may be able to get a restraining order if he continues to exhibit this stalking behavior.
