Im sorry for what your going through. I did the same type thing to my soon to be ex, sept i told him where i was going and let him have contact. our daughter is 2 as well. If there are no papers(custody)in any state then she has just as much right to the child as you. so she wouldnt be in any trouble or be ordered back until it goes infront of a judge. if you file for divorce and file for temp custody of the child they will have to serve her papers then you have a chance at getting the child to live with you,b/c of juristiction laws. keep good records of everything: dates, times, all that of when u had/have contact with her and your baby. if she is concealing the baby then you have a good chance in the divorce part. Oklahoma likes the parent that lets the non custodial parent have alot of contact. they look down on someone keeping the child from the other parent. oklahoma also like to get DHS involved. have you talked to a lawyer yet. i know a few good ones in creek county and payne county if your in that area. also make sure you have all your ducks in a row to take care of a 2 yr old on your own. thats 1 thing that hurt my ex. good luck to you and i hope everything works out. if you have any questions send a pm. im going thru the same thing right now in oklahoma.
