What Can I do?

I have a question.....I am divorced from a Active Duty Marine we set up our own seperation agreement... He bullied me into signing this with the threat of taking me to court to seek full custody...In the agreement he was suppose to pay me 400$ dollars in alimony but is only giving me 200$ do i have any legal recourse? I don't have alot of money to hire a lawyer. Can i file anything with the court to get the money he has withheld from me? And does this agreement still valid since he alterd it?
