I am married to a former Marine and currently going through the process of filing for divorce due to adultery on his part. Due I qualify to receive any benefits from the military eventhough he is not active military?

What benefits do you mean? Current or future? How long were you married? Was he active duty while you were married?

Hi there,
I was married to my husband 4 years this January 29th. For the years we were married he was active military, he was discharged August 2007. I was just wondering if there were any benefits I could get or if the divorce process is any different?

Former Marines Wife,
Based on the little information provided, since he is discharged and if he is not retired, you are not entitled to anything. If you were married to him for 4 years while he was in the military and he retired you would be eligible for a small percentage of retirement pay. If he is receiving any disability, you are not entitled either. Sorry.
