So my husband called me cause he needed info that I had, he also informed me that he will be filling for divorce. This is so heart breaking I love the man to death and thought that we would grow old together. My 9 year old daughter leaves him messages everyday he does not return her calls. I have not called him since he told me he was filling. what do i do, i have a feeling he is just not going to file and just leave like he did and forget it all. all his stuff is still at my house. what are my options.

Focus on what you can control. You cannot control him or his actions. If he files he files and you deal with it when you get the paperwork. Work on yourself and try and get some counseling to help you with the grief process. Just my opinion of course.

If he does file, file a response. If he files you can file a request for the court to put you two through court paid for counseling which will postpone the divorce. If you need help - let me know.
