Need some help

Hello...I am writing to find out information for my sister-in-law. She has been stuck in a bad marriage for a long time. Her husband is a MAJOR gambler, he owes EVERYONE and it's effecting their daily lives. Bills don't get paid because he's paying off everyone else-home is now in foreclosure. He tells her so many lies when she brings up divorce-1)he will hide money so that she can't get anything, child support, alimony, etc. 2)She won't get custody of their three kids. He steals her checks from the mailbox and cashes(forges) them, making sure she has no money. What if any rights does she have? How far can he go to drag her financially down the road? He has lied to her about everything! Now, so many people & companies are taking them to court because of his crap! SHE IS A WRECK! Any help would be appreciated!

If he's cashed checks and the total value is over 500.00 Call the FEDs. It's a felony.

The first thing she needs to do is get a post office box and have her checks sent there.

And call the District attorney about his crime of forgery.
