Child Support Reduction After Retirement

My husband will be retiring from the military in a year and will only be receiving his retirement check which is significantly lower than his present pay until he can find another job. What is the process to get child support reduced based on his retirement pay?

File a Supplemental Petition for Modification of Child Support in the court that has jurisdiction . You can find the proper form and instructions here :
