my husband and i want to separate, will the Army move me and my kids things? my husband said only if you're overseas they will move you. Is that true?

If you living in the states, you are going to have a very hard time moving the children if it is out of state. Have you seen an attorney yet?

Call the local TMO(Transportation Management Office). They will give you the regs on the situation.
