Can I still get divorce if husband wont sign?

A friend of mine told me that, in Texas, if my husband refuses to sign the papers served to him, in six months a judge can sign off on it and I'll get my divorce, with or without his signature... Is this true???

Good question. I've got a similar question in that I'm wanting to find out how soon the decree HAS to be signed. Unfortunately, it looks like most of the folks that come in here are like us and don't have the answers. There are lots of lookers. lol
