So in California, i own this house,(my name)can i ask her to leave?
Or do i need a court order?
what is she given? if we settle? the profit of the house from the start of the marriage? or if we reach an agreement some cash?
Do i have to pay alimony?
Any place where all these answers are?

>>>>>>>> No .

Or do i need a court order?

>>>>>>>>> Yes .

>>>>>>>>>> The house is in your name , was it purchased during the marriage or before ? If bought during the marriage she's entitled to an equal share of the equity . If purchased pre-marriage , she's eligible for half of any increase in equity during the marriage .

Do i have to pay alimony?

>>>>>>>>> Always a possibility but not a definite , there is a presumption for short term marriages , that spousal support is due for half the length of the marriage . Just because there's a presumption doesn't mean support will be ordered , it will depend on your individual circumstances .

>>>>>>>>>> There are no definitive answers anywhere , much will depend on the individual judge that hears your case and what each party is seeking .
