i told my ex we could not file a summary diss we had to file reg because we have over 5 grand in dept so her and her new boy decide to forge my name say we had no bills i filled reg diss its been almost a month whats my next step

Get an Attorney! NOW!!! Explain the facts. Let them handle it.
