Divorce Support Forums: Help Aldutry...part 2

We are working threw it..providing a good life for our kids...we trying to seperate our assets (lots and lots of money)with a lawyer my wife has choosen and she is dragging her feet getting the seperation agreement done. I hope their is not an alterative motive and often wonder what recourse i may have...A new problem has come up...My spouse has a secret cell phone...(at one time I asked for the cell phone records so i could see just how often she contacted other potential cheaters which see refused to supply)..I now know that the adultry thing gets you very little in court so their is no need to make a big deal of it but it is a hard pill to swallow. Once i get the seperation of property part worked out then I'll be ready to confront her...I'm the provider...hundereds of thousands a year...divided monthy 50/50...she is blowing hers and I'm saving mine...It's still community property though until we get the agreement worked out...Money dosn't by you everything but can make one of the more dificult things about divorce eaiser...stay tuned...it's a unique situtation
